Frequently Asked Questions
We use hot water extraction (steam cleaning). First, we pre-treat any high-traffic areas to loosen dirt. Then, we extract the dirt with a hot water rinse at 200 degrees Fahrenheit. The hot water both cleans and sanitizes the surface. Our water is treated to have the necessary pH to clean carpets. This cleaning method is recommended by carpet manufacturers.
We use an alkaline cleaner designed for grout and rinse with very hot water under pressure.
We do not use any products that contain soap or other harmful substances. We use a specially formulated cleaning agent for each type of flooring (carpet, tile, LVP and wood). None of our products leave behind residue.
At your request, we can provide completely green cleaning.
Our hot-water treatment automatically reduces bacteria. At your request, we can also use disinfectant on hard, non-porous surfaces only (NOT carpet). Our hot water kills less than 99% of bacteria, while our disinfectant kills 99.9% of bacteria.
We use products and methods that are specifically designed for wood. We clean and extract gunk build-up, flat-mop it with a wood cleaner, then scub and buff it.
We use hot water and a mild rinsing agent to clean stain-resistant fabric. Harsher cleaning products and repeated steaming could affect the fabric.
